Business Development Manager

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or any similar course. MBAs are also preferred.
At least 5 years of minimum experience in Business Development or Sales
Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidate must possess the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
Candidate must display seasoned knowledge of and possess practical experience with qualitative and quantitative business analysis.
Candidate must display knowledge of and possess practical experience with agile methods.
Candidate must display strong problem-solving skills, sharp critical thinking, and sound business judgment.
Candidate must be hardworking, tenacious, and creative.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Plan approaches and pitches. 
Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
