The Admin Associate in charge of the Front Desk will handle and screen all incoming and outgoing correspondence at the office. Receiving guests and ensuring that office protocols on security and proper handling are followed. 


Other responsibilities include:

  • Receiving calls while filtering and forwarding to 
  • Office administration functions that ensure work operations are well organized and efficient. 
  • In-charge of supplies, guest relations, parking allocations and other functions related to guest services.
  • Release and checking of liaison, transmittals to other offices and outgoing correspondence.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any business related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Pleasant and well-mannered. 
  • Well organized and has ability to multi-task. 
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
